Lifeguard – Miami/FL

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to join our team at One Stop Aquatic Safety LLC. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons at various aquatic facilities by enforcing rules and regulations at all times.

The Lifeguard will play a critical role in maintaining a safe environment while providing excellent guest services.

Responsibilities

Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers.
Perform rescues and administer first aid as necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the pool area.
Provide excellent customer service to guests and patrons.
Enforce pool rules and regulations to promote a safe environment.
Assist in other routine activities relating to the park operations, such as inventory control, rescue equipment maintenance, etc.

Lifeguard Requirements

Must hold valid American Red Cross lifeguard certification.
Ability to swim proficiently and perform rescues effectively.
Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and maintain pool facilities.
