Lead Lifeguard- Miami, FL

Oversees the day-to-day operation of the assigned aquatic facility or Water park, general supervision, and safety of guests and staff in the assigned aquatic facility, and ensures that all appropriate water health and safety standards are maintained.

Lifeguard/FlowRider Instructor

A Lifeguard/FlowRider Instructor, is responsible for teaching and coaching guests of all ages and skill levels on how to ride the FlowRider, provide guidance on how to prevent injuries while using the attraction and provide a fun experience for all guests, while maintaining the highest level of customer service and professionalism.

Aquatics Manager

Oversees the day-to-day operation of the assigned aquatic facility/beach or Water park, general supervision, and safety of guests and staff in the assigned aquatic facility and ensuring that all appropriate water health and safety standards are maintained.

Aquatics Manager- Naples, FL

Oversees the day-to-day operation of the assigned aquatic facility/beach or Water park, general supervision, and safety of guests and staff in the designated aquatic facility or facilities, and ensures that all appropriate water health and safety standards are maintained. Works under the direct supervision of the Director of National Development.

Lead Lifeguard - Naples, FL

Oversees the day-to-day operation of the assigned aquatic facility or Water park, general supervision, and safety of guests and staff in the assigned aquatic facility, and ensures that all appropriate water health and safety standards are maintained.

Lifeguard -Homestead, FL

Perform lifeguard surveillance of the pool area.

Recruitment Process

We have a simple 4-step recruitment process.

Initial Screening

We will review all resumes received and select the most qualified candidates. If you meet the requirements, we will contact you for a phone call to gather more information and align expectations.

Interviews

Once selected, we will schedule an interview with you as soon as possible. In some cases, swim tests may also be conducted during this stage.

Job Offer

If you are successful in the interview and any required tests, we will extend a job offer for a position in our company.

Paperwork and Application Submission

After accepting the job offer, you will need to complete the necessary paperwork before your first day in our payroll system. This step ensures a smooth onboarding process.
